Rank transfers are done on a case by case basis, if you violate our rules or we don’t believe it is appropriate to rank you at Bloxmart we may refuse your request. ⚠️
Bloxmart Rank Transfer Service:
Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a rank transfer if the following occurs:
1) You’re shown a blacklist message, like this, when you join a game, it is pointless and childish to blacklist randomly, so we don’t blacklist any groups other than Bloxco.
2) Your Roblox account age is older than three months or 90 days.
3) If the rank you currently hold is issued by purchasing a gamepass from the other group, then you will be required to pay a one time fee of 149 RS. Click here to purchase but only pay the fee after the operator has checked the other requirements are met so that you don’t lose out. You do not need to pay this fee if you were interviewed for a rank and worked your way up.
4) You are willing to completely leave the other group that blacklisted us.
Equivalent Ranks in Bloxmart:
Ranked Customer Assistant (or lowest level colleague in another group) gets Customer Assistant rank in Bloxmart.
Security in other group gets Trainee Security Officer in Bloxmart.
Ranked Service Team Support (or similar role such as supervisor, etc. in other groups) ranked Trainee Team Support in Bloxmart.
Ranked Store Management role or similar management role in another group, ranked Trainee Store Management in Bloxmart.
Higher ranks need to go via an executive.
Checks for the call handler to carry out:
Get the Roblox username of the person who wants to transfer the rank and check their rank in the Roblox group of any group that blacklisted us as well as checking the account age.
Check if the rank was issued by a gamepass, if so instruct the caller to pay the fee linked above and follow these steps: ($ = if payment is required) - If no payment is required, skip the steps marked ($).
($) To do this ask the person to make their inventory public by clicking the clog in the top right of Roblox, Settings, Privacy and set:
($) Now go to the user’s inventory on their Roblox account, go to passes and look for passes issued by the group that blacklisted us that match their rank, for example, a Customer assistant game pass in another group means they need to pay the transfer fee to move the rank over. If there are no rank based gamepasses issued by the other group, as in, the rank was worked towards, then it can be transferred one time free of charge. If the caller has proof of application, the rank is transferred for free, if not the transfer will cost the transfer fee.
($) After the caller confirms that they have paid the transfer fee, refresh their inventory and check that this pass is present.
Now ask the caller to leave the other group and check that the group has now disappeared from their profile.
All done! Now they can be trained up. 🙂
