Bry successfully completed the Development Apprenticeship Programme, demonstrating strong initiative, rapid learning, and a high standard of technical execution throughout.
During the programme, Bry played a key role in the development of the Bloxmart V5 Superstore, contributing to core systems to help bring the project closer to completion. He quickly developed proficiency in Roblox Studio, showing an impressive ability to learn new tools and workflows in a short space of time.
Alongside his development work, Bry also picked up customer support skills quickly, naturally assisting users on the helpline and providing clear, helpful support. His ability to communicate effectively with customers added significant value to the team.
Working under the guidance of our Development Director, Adrian, Bry consistently delivered reliable, well-structured work and showed strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
