Charlie was a massive fan of the Moderley Group, and myself, for a very long time. He had closely analysed all of our company information and all the information online regarding myself and our group and had even gone so far as to make a website in support of us as a response to the previous "exposures" setup by Bloxco (see our Bloxco Statement regarding that). He was also featured in this TikTok where he clearly admits that it is all fake and he is well aware of that.

The first time I spoke to Charlie over voice was when he offered to help us setup our new Private Branch Exchange, aka the telephone system you go through when you call us. I thought he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I suggested that he apply for a job with Moderley, as it's clear his skills were in high demand.

Once he got a job at Moderley he contacted me everyday, which is a breach of policy and our Chain Of Command process. However, I turned a blind eye to him doing this because he told me he was in a difficult living situation, with his mum who is allegedly abusive and has health issues. He told me over iMessage that he was 16 years old, though I have since been informed he likely lied about his age. He was a very good employee for the time he worked for us and was promoted a couple of times. He was clearly very dedicated to Moderley and used to spend enormous amounts of time working on it, which I appreciated.

I believed him to be 16 and gay, I am obviously 22 and lesbian. Despite this he continued to make strange remarks to me like calling me and moaning. I presumed this was just his humour so I just laughed it off and ignored it. It made me uncomfortable but I thought it was likely just attention seeking behaviour as a result of his difficult living situation and childhood.

He then made comments that seeing my OnlyFans was his sexual awakening. It is not possible to sign up to that unless you verify your age is over 18, so it is likely he used his mother's identification to sign up, as I've heard a lot of people who believe him to be a coercive controller and I've had one of my own employees report to me that he felt uncomfortable with the way Charlie shouted at his mother on a call. The screenshot he leaked comes from a desktop computer as it is landscape and in a format with a high pixel count, meaning he took it from a PC, likely so he could use inspect element to modify the site.

At this point I was in Strasbourg in France and Germany, and therefore wasn't very active on Roblox due to participating in a conference. At the conference I met a German woman called Francie who's 24. Charlie saw a TikTok of me and Francie together and immediately called me. I was busy at the time so ignored the calls but called him back later to ask what was up. He asked me about Francie and I excitedly stated that she's autistic like me so was really lovely to talk to and I let him know she's from Germany and was also attending the conference. At this point his entire demeanour changed, he was no longer kind or jokey with me, he became distant and cold. He said "there's no way I can compete with an autistic German girl!" - I laughed it off thinking he was clearly joking... unfortunately he wasn't. He had genuinely developed a strong obsession with me and wanted to be in a relationship with me, which obviously wasn't going to happen as I'm 22 and lesbian. Since this kicked off Charlie's behaviour and work ethic plummeted dramatically. He received numerous warnings and then a demotion, as you can see by this document, that was signed by two senior executives in line with our internal policies, neither of which were me. You can see the reason for demotion was: Emotional Manipulation, Continued misconduct, Sexual Harassment. This included towards numerous colleagues, not just myself. He was eventually terminated at the end of June with the entire executive team in approval. We had made every attempt possible to support him to continue his role and he failed to improve his behaviour, leaving our only option to be termination.

He then went on to try to add to the false rumours about me and started his owns sites. This is to get revenge because I signed off on his termination. If you've seen these stories you will be well aware that they are riddled with mistakes and inaccuracies and don't add up or make any sense. They also continuously deadname me which is entirely unnecessary. I hope that sharing this helps to clear up any rumours. It is disgusting the amount of abuse he is creating about me and it has had a severe impact on my mental health.

As you can see from this TikTok we terminated Freddie due to him abusing his position and violating our policies to leak information to help with Charlie's campaign. In the call recording shown he admitted to blackmail, coercion, etc. to assist Charlie in his campaigns against me. However, he also pretended to be law enforcement and threatened Charlie, which is why Charlie sent in this recording. The call recording shown was of a call between Charlie and Freddie, though only Freddie's voice was recorded. We carried out a deep investigation and ensured that a fair process was followed. Freddie was unable to justify or provide any explanation to any of his behaviour which is why he was eventually terminated.
